In Britain, a new gadget to combat stress

The British company BioSelf Technology claims that it has found an innovative way to deal with stress. The developers offer a new gadget called Sensate, which fits in the palm of your hand. In case of stress, they do not need to hurlly throw it at the wall, just fix it on his chest, and he will do everything.

Calms through the bone

How it works? The gadget reads a person’s state from his biometric data. The machine accurately guesses the stress state of heart rate, breathing, posture and body temperature. All data is analyzed in the application on the smartphone in real time. As soon as the program suspects that your deadline is on again, Sensate starts to vibrate, creating low-frequency sound waves.

Due to bone conduction, these waves stimulate the vagus nerve, thereby reducing stress levels. And so that it works for sure, at the same time, relaxing music or the sounds of nature will play in the headphones for you. The developers say that music is "interconnected with sound waves that lead brain activity to specific frequencies," thereby enhancing the calming effect.

Budget Antistress

BioSelf Technology wants to raise funds for Sensate through crowdfunding. An estimated vibrating gadget will cost $ 254.

In the meantime, we suggest using a completely biological, environmentally friendly and absolutely budgetary anti-stress remedy that works on the same principle of low frequencies (and tactile sensations).

Relieves stress no worse than any newfangled gadgets!
