Summer in sunny Dubai

Well, let them say that it’s hot there, if you plan your day correctly, moving between air-conditioned rooms, then you won’t feel the heat at all! I was in Dubai in the summer twice, in July and August, at this time there is the lowest season and the most pleasant prices, yes, everything around me melts slightly during the day, but this does not stop me from feeling the atmosphere of the most technologically advanced metropolis in the Middle East.

I love Dubai, at any time of the year it is beautiful, a little more comfortable in winter, but on a summer night you can fully enjoy the dynamics of the city from some skyscraper or rooftop bar. The first time I came to Dubai, when the metro was just starting to be built, now, coming back again, you constantly catch your eye on something new, whether it be a skyscraper, a shopping center or something larger - the Dubai Canal, which was built over three years (from 2013- go to 2016th). So now Dubai even offers river cruises!

And the most important thing is when you come far from the first time, this is an opportunity not to rush and enjoy your favorite places - views of Burj Khalifa, your favorite beach at Jumeirah hotels, and once again plunge into the gastronomic variety of restaurants offering any cuisine of the world. You can simply fly from Russia to Dubai for the weekend, because the visa is free and you can get it upon arrival. I really hope that the UAE will also do visa-free travel with Ukraine.

Enjoy and not rush anywhere ...

Surprisingly, even in Dubai there are places where they saved a piece of the old city ... Well, how old? 70s-90s, but it is here that you can meet the truly indigenous inhabitants of the city, they own restaurants, are carefree and open to communication.

I love to go up somewhere, whether it is a high-rise bar or the top floor of the hotel. Dubai Airport:

In any large metropolis there is always a cool high-rise bar, in Dubai such a bar is Level 43 Sky Lounge.

In the summer, during the day there is haze in the air, therefore, for example, I do not recommend going to Burj Khalifa during the day, but at Level 43 in the evening - just right!

Dubai Canal is a new location, which over time will grow in restaurants and cafes, some sections already have excellent promenades.

The Uber driver in Dubai arrived in a white Lexus, offered a bottle of water, a charger for the iPhone and a pink pillow. Uber in Dubai - exclusively Lexus, cheap enough. A trip of 22 km cost me 17 euros.

The best view in town

On this beach you can easily spend the whole day admiring the photogenicity of form, place, color and light. Meet the dawn and spend the sunset. This is the beach of the new Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel, which is located between the Mina A'Salam of Madinat Jumeirah Resort and the entrance to Burj Al Arab. Very cool hotel, different about the familiar image of Jumeirah. And even from every room there opens a view of the Burj - the visiting card of the United Arab Emirates.

Skyscrapers rushing up, the colors of bright neon and new objects that grow like mushrooms after rain. And in the air there is an aroma of happiness and carefree, because almost all the inhabitants of the city here are only temporary. And they just enjoy life, accepting the opportunities that Dubai has opened for them, without creating problems and not complaining about life.

My Dubai is just that.
