What does frozen Niagara Falls look like at night, illuminated by colorful lights

Recently, we have already shown you photographs of Niagara Falls, frozen due to the phenomenal frost that came to North America this winter. But Adam Klekotka, a photographer from Toronto, was able to take new, absolutely amazing pictures of frozen Niagara at night.

"I knew that waterfalls were lit at night, and for a very long time I wanted to see it myself- says Scream. - At the beginning of this month, there were two weeks of extremely cold weather. According to the news, in Canada it was colder than in Antarctica, and even colder than on the surface of Mars. I thought it was a good opportunity to see Niagara for the first time in winter and for the first time at night.".

Photographs of Kleotka rather resemble scenes from a science fiction film than pictures of the famous waterfall. But photographing Niagara in such weather was not an easy task. The problem was that water droplets froze on the lens, so the photographer had to wipe the lens after each “shot”.
