In front of the famous bull on Wall Street, a very unexpected statue was erected.

The famous Attacking Bull on Wall Street is now not alone, he has a pleasant company. One of the world's largest corporations, State Street Global Advisors, erected a bronze statue called "Fearless Girl" directly opposite the bull. And it carries not only artistic value.

The girl confidently and defiantly demonstrates decisive opposition to an aggressive animal and is intended to symbolize the struggle for gender equality in the modern working world. Having opposed the “bull” of male dominance, especially in the business world, it gives women the right and inspires them to do the same. A plaque in front of her reads: “Know the power of women in leadership.”

The State Street campaign began just in time for International Women's Day and, in addition to the powerful statue that was planned to be left in Bowling Green Park for a week, involves sending letters to 3,500 companies asking them to increase the number of women in their states.
