Maris Kitchen - New Restaurant at D Maris Bay Hotel

On the main and largest hotel beach D maris bay (Datca peninsula, Turkey) a new restaurant has opened - Maris kitchen. This is the only hotel restaurant that works all day, from 09:00 to 23:00, its task is to meet the most diverse tastes of guests coming from all over the world. Chef Metin Nogai defines the restaurant's concept as a "modern bistro": light, fresh, recognizable international dishes made from selected farm products.
Combining diverse culinary traditions with the latest gastronomic trends, Metin Nogai created for Maris kitchenPerhaps the most extensive menu of all six hotel restaurants. It is like traveling across countries and continents; everyone will find something for themselves here. Appetizing shell pasta and crispy pizza cooked in a wood oven recalls Italian cuisine Grimaldi. Chicken in the best French traditions brought to readiness on a spit. Seafood paella is cooked like in Valencia. Guacamole with corn chips and tacos with chicken - a tribute to the culinary traditions of Mexico. Hot hummus and grilled artichoke salad reminiscent of the Middle East. Gourmet burgers on a warm bun refer to ennobled American fast food. Of course, Turkey is also extensively represented on the menu, starting from a wide selection of meze, "Turkish pizza" - pide and lakhmajuns on the thinnest test - to all kinds of kebabs.

For lovers of healthy protein foods - an impressive list of dishes prepared on the grill, from rib-eye steak and “catch of the day” to lobster, which is languishing in josper.
