Wave Rock - this wave can surprise anyone!

In Western Australia, there is an amazing rock formation Wave Rock, whose age is more than 2700 million years. The gradual centuries-old erosion of soft rock rocks led to the formation of a very unusual shape, similar to a wave. Such a peculiar frozen prehistoric surf rises to a height of 14 meters, and its length reaches 110 meters. The colors of this miracle of nature, which consists of red, yellow and gray stripes, are also impressive. This variegation is caused by the presence of carbonates and iron hydroxides.
