Malta: the cheapest and longest excursion - the pros and cons

On the promenade of Sliema, where we lived in Malta, there are colorful and picturesque yachts, boats and boats. Of course, many of them are imprisoned for excursions. I want to talk about one of the proposed routes that we took, today, and at the same time discuss the pros and cons of such excursions. So, for a ridiculous price of 35 euros, a traveler is offered: a boat trip on a boat, free drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic - throughout the trip, a stop on very beautiful islands, a bus tour and a trip to the island where you can swim. Departure at 10 am, return - about five in the evening, even later. Now I will show everything.

There are several cruise ships, all belong to different companies. The competition is frantic, you understand. The coolest company is Captain Morgan. They have the most pontoon ships, they can be seen from afar. Going to Malta, however, we read many far from the best reviews about them. They wrote that excursions are late, and the service is not very good. They did not dare to check.

Immediately went to buy a ticket for the boat, about which there were the best reviews. A bonus is attached to the ticket. If you wish, you can go on a mini-cruise even for free on a weekend — just a boat trip for an hour and a half. We did not take advantage, but there was such an opportunity.

Well, go ahead! :))))

As promised, the bar opened. The people reached for beer and soft drinks. All the truth was free :))

And outside the window are the Maltese cities ... They have an interesting feature: they seem to flow from one to another :)

First stop. We are transferred to the bus, and we are going to watch one of the most beautiful places in Malta ... Photo from the bus window :)

Here. Crocodile rock :)) She got that name because of the resemblance to the head of a crocodile.

Alas, it was not possible to shoot the phone - far away :)

But the places are beautiful, still show!

Near the watchtower.

One of the main local attractions is the Azure Window Arch. But not so long ago, she collapsed during a storm ...

Here you can walk on stony surfaces where there are recesses with clear water :)

There is also a church.

And we get on the bus and go to see the island of Gozo. Gozo is the second largest island of the Maltese archipelago. I read that the people here are mainly engaged in agriculture. There are quite a lot of attractions here, and it is better to take a few hours to Gozo. Here we first regretted that we came here with the group, and not ourselves. We were given two hours. This is not enough (

Magnificent historical citadel. It rises 150 meters above sea level, and from here you can make good panoramic shots :)

We walk here :)

Great church.

And then we realized that it was soon to run away, but we did not eat, and we had to accelerate. In general, the city did not really see (

Here, too, they lay tiles))

We load onto the boat and sail further. The next stop is Comino Island.

Comino Island Comino Island Rocky and blooming. It always amazes how plants grow among stones. Here, many swim and there is even a dive center. But we are not lovers. It’s much nicer to just enjoy the sea from above and see how the trees bloom in November ...

At the entrance to the island we are met by saints. Handsomely…

Here is an interesting vegetation. See how cool the cactus is :)

We walked ... It's time to go home :)

We were home at about half past five in the evening. Almost an entire day has passed!

Here is such an excursion. About the pros, cons I will say briefly. The price is unbelievable. Very inexpensive, just gorgeous! I suspect that there are higher prices there during the season. But in November, the ships left with a large number of comers :) Also a plus - you can, without renting a car, visit several interesting places during the day. Well, the drinks that are included in the price are also, of course, a plus.
And minus ... Uhh, I have lost the habit of mass excursions. When they give you, say, an hour or two, and then you have to run to the bus. Late even more annoying, because of which you have to sit on the bus. But if you close your eyes to it, in general - a cool option for a traveler :)
