The Philippines will host the large culinary congress of Madrid Fusion Manila

Madrid fusion - This is a famous gastronomic holiday, which has been held annually in Madrid since 2003. It brings together the best chefs in the world and culinary experts who discuss trends, new taste preferences of people and the evolution of the industry. Manila hosts the Asian version of the famous event, Madrid Fusion Manila.

This year, the holiday will be held from April 7 to 9 at the SMX Congress Center - Mall of Asia. MFM will consist of several thematic sections: International Gastronomy Congress, The Manila Galleon: "Merging East and West" and Gastronomic Fair. The MFM will bring together chefs who own their own restaurants or hotels marked with Michelin stars and listed in the Michelin Red Guide.

The main sections of the exhibition will be devoted to expert discussions on contemporary gastronomy. The gastronomic fair will delight the event participants with a variety of unusual spices, ingredients, products, special equipment for preparing and serving dishes. The first two days the fair will work for professionals: owners of the restaurant business, managers, cooks and other representatives of the gastronomic industry. The third day will be dedicated to the guests of the exhibition: cooking enthusiasts, food bloggers and just those who are not indifferent to the theme of food in all its manifestations. In addition to gastronomic stands, the exhibition will feature popular tourist destinations in the Philippines and their traditional dishes with local ingredients.

In a specially equipped area, all visitors to the exhibition will be waiting for delicacies from around the world: rice, eco-products, artesian chocolate, aromatic coffee with unusual additives, fine wine, drinks and much more.

Throughout the exhibition, food seminars and master classes will be held on the site using modern equipment for the preparation of gourmet dishes.
