Every year this town becomes enchantingly beautiful and attracts the attention of the whole world!

This year, the stunning Flower Festival, also known as the Folk Festival, has returned to the Portuguese region of Alentejo. The most striking thing about this event is how many people are involved in the process of decorating the streets of the Portuguese town of Campo Mayor. Once here, you will be blinded by the beauty of paper art.

This time the residents of the city had to work on this masterpiece for about 4 months. Looking up into the sky, you see countless beautiful paper flowers - the result of the scrupulous, patient and delicate work of entire families who spent sleepless nights trying to make the city unique. And all this brilliant beauty is located in the heart of Alentejo, the largest Portuguese region.

One cannot but admire the fact that this event is not a celebration with a clearly defined date. Residents of the municipality annually collectively choose a date and plan this event, working on it voluntarily and independently.
