According to VTsIOM statistics, the majority of Russians (about 64 percent) thank their parents for their life, 46 percent for a good life example, and 45 percent for their upbringing. But no matter how wonderful our childhood may be, the fact that every generation is trying to bring something new to the upbringing of children, believing that it has become smarter than the previous one, is unchanged. And our parents, grandparents were brought up completely differently than we are. Even famous scientists and public figures have always shown interest in the problems of upbringing, but everyone saw this process in their own way. However, times and methods are changing, scientists, teachers and educators are replacing each other, more and more new gadgets and ideas appear, but one thing remains in the first place - child safety. This moment has always been and will be key; only the awareness of what exactly is considered dangerous changes. The following selection of old children's pictures proves that in the old days, parenting was much easier, and many modern parents will probably literally stand on end from what they see.
