Unforgettable photographs of Italy from the 50-60s from Paolo di Paolo

Paolo di Paolo was not just a talented photographer, in his profession he was an intellectual and esthete to the core. His most beautiful works are those that the Italian did in his native country after the destructive and exhausting Second World War. Di Paolo chronicled the revival of Italy, the economic boom and the heyday of the famous la dolce vita.

In his photographs one does not meet a single drop of obscenity or brutality, only a beautiful, at times sad, stylish, charming, sweet Italian life, from which one does not want to tear himself away.
