Amazing Chinese restaurant over the abyss

One of the most unusual places in China, which tourists will no doubt enjoy, is the Fangweng Restaurant. It is located in the picturesque valley of Xilin Gorge (Hubei Province) and is notable for the fact that one half is in the cave, and the other literally hangs over the abyss. Looking here, you can not only have a bite to eat, but also enjoy the spectacular scenery from a height of several hundred meters above the ground, or more precisely, above the river. In addition, if adrenaline from one stay here is not enough for you, then at your service is a platform from which people jump on a bungee.

To be in the restaurant itself, first you will need to go into an unremarkable-looking building. But do not rush to be disappointed, because then you find yourself on a very narrow bridge built right along the wall of a steep cliff. For your safety, the design is fenced with a railing, but it does not become less scary from this. However, one has only to be distracted by the natural beauty that opens your eyes, as fear recedes and you can’t wait to get to the table more quickly, so that you can immerse yourself in all this splendor with comfort.
