Gourmet Valentine's Day at the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, Paris

For Valentine's Day, chef Pablo Gichelle of the new Le Boudoir boutique at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, will make limited-edition heart-shaped desserts coated with glazed almonds and flower petals. Inside there is a delicate mousse of lychee and raspberry, which goes well with crispy glaze. From February 12 to February 16, guests can try dessert in the bakery and take it with them.

In the Jardin d'Hiver restaurant, couples can comfortably sit on the sofas and try different desserts for tea prepared by the chief pastry chef Pablo Zhikel. The Go менюter des Lords and Goûter des Ducs tea menus feature four original desserts, Nuage de Jasmin, Chou d'Amour, L'Éclat and L'Hématite, which serve champagne or the rarest types of tea.

In the evening on February 14, hotel guests can try a special tasting set of several dishes in the Brasserie d'Aumont restaurant: Jerusalem artichokes in hot and cold form, foie gras with pineapple and a dove baked with candied almonds. Chef Justin Schmitt promises an unforgettable gastronomic journey for two!
The cost of the menu for Valentine's Day from February 11 to 17: 150 euros.
