Photographer pays tribute to Vietnamese street vendors in a series of vivid shots

Brazilian photographer Dietrich Herlan combines his love of travel and art photography with the work of an electronic engineer. He has already visited more than 50 countries, taking off the special and unique beauty of each of them.

While in Vietnam, Herlan was fascinated by street vendors, whom he could watch from the balcony in Hanoi. These vendors, who roam the streets with fruits and vegetables in two baskets balancing on a bamboo pole, are an integral part of Vietnamese daily life. The cultural significance of this street trade and its representatives inspired the photographer to be creative and take pictures of colorful sellers from a new angle. However, it took a lot of perseverance and patience to get the desired composition.
