What 7 legendary historical ruins would look like if they were brought to their original appearance

We are very lucky that in a world that moves forward so mercilessly fast, there are still preserved particles of ancient civilizations that remind us of the great past of mankind. Despite the fact that we are always inspired to travel to such thousand-year-old buildings (or to what remains of them), it would be very interesting to see how they looked in their original form.

Take, for example, the Parthenon in Athens. Today it is just a collection of very old columns without a roof. And all the treasures of the building, including the huge statue of the goddess Athena, have sunk into oblivion.

Fortunately, the team of artists, overcoming all the difficulties of digital recreation, showed us what, according to experts, was the inside of the Parthenon in all its original beauty. And this is unbelievable! They did the same with six other famous ruins - from Angkor Wat in Cambodia to some Roman-era buildings in England. Now we do not need to wait for the invention of the time machine to see how these magnificent buildings looked right after the "commissioning".
