Japanese photographer Hiro Goto shares a unique vision of the beauty of his country with the help of Instagram - from the busy streets of Tokyo to the soothing landscapes of Mount Fuji.

Goto once took pictures "on the table", but after installing Instagram, he changed his view of his own activities. "I can share photos with people around the world and want to share the beauty of Japan with many."- says the Japanese.

The temples and gates of torii, snow-covered houses and devastated streets in the photographs of the photographer demonstrate the dichotomy of Japan. It is this balance of old and new, fast and slow that makes the Japanese lifestyle unique. The photographer hopes his work will inspire people around the world to explore Japan on their own. "I would be glad if people wanted to go to Japan after seeing my pictures".
